Wherever you’re working, you can not avoid the pressure at work. Somehow, it has been the part of works that keep and help us motivated. But when we experience the pressure more than you can afford for, it will make you stressed. Pressured. Ended with illness.
This is not our choice, right? Not any of us want to live in a stressful life, especially with work, thing that we have to do every single day, from morning to afternoon.
So, things we can do are having the chance to recover causes of stress we have. If none of this works, you may need to think about looking for a better employer :)
