Healthy Sleep

The prime reason why am I posting an article now, well, because I can’t sleep. Yeah, its 4:21 am and I still can not close my eyes and just fallen asleep.

sleep_lady.jpgToday I got no caffein, but why couldn’t I get sleep? I don’t even feel any sleepy, and this is so frustrating. So I just open internet and ask Google by entering “Sleep”as the keywords.

Then I found some ways to have a good sleep : sleep only when sleepy, get up and do something boring until you feel sleepy,  don’t take naps, get up and go to bed the same time every day, refrain from exercise at least 4 hours before bedtime, develop sleep rituals, only use your bed for sleeping, stay away from caffeine, nicotine and alcohol at least 4-6 hours before bed, have a light snack before bed, take a hot bath 90 minutes before bedtime, and make sure our bed and bedroom are quiet and comfortable.

So, then, it’s all about daily habit and mindsetting, right? Since it is impossible for me to taking a bath or have some snacks and exercising, mindsetting may be the solution to my problem.

Yes, I am asleep and sleep. Gud Nite, readers! Opps, it has to be Good Morning, exactly :)
