Anti Cellulite Diet

Japanese women never seem to have cellulite. This is a very amazing fact, since most of women think that cellulite is a big problem. What’s their secret, actually?

Basically, cellulite is fat that is localized in one or more areas of the body. There is no diet that is going to magically get rid all the cellulite on our body. But Japanese people though that The good news is we can lower total fat of our body, since its affects the amount of cellulite. In Japan, the problem of body and foods we consume is just about a ‘balance’.

They divide foods into two groups: foods which help body to get rid of toxins (yin), and those which stimulate the metabolism (yang). A well-balanced meal will help fight cellulite and re-align the mind and body.

There are some foods that consist of Yin’s elements likes asparagus and artichoke, lettuce, cabbage and green beans. Drink lots of water is also a good beginning to helps to flush the body and remove toxins more effectively than just dieting alone. Drink lemon juice, don’t take hot baths, take up yoga, bathe in Epsom salts, wear loose clothes - these suggestions are just a few of the “essential ways to relieve cellulite” touted by experts.

Stay away from processed foods because of their high content of fat, salt and sugar. Fresh fruits and vegetables top the list for a healthy cellulite diet.

In fact, no diet is guaranteed even to reduce the appearance of cellulite. The best we can hope for, is to improve our inner nutritional health, so that we can minimize the risk of having cellulite more.
