Exercises Enhance Our Living

Most of us know the healthy benefits to exercise, it is good for us, that’s why we get moving. Come tell me that our bodies need cardiovascular and muscular endurance and flexibility. Taking exercises will give us flexibility and endurance. Yeah, that’s true. But, is that the only reason why should you really give it the time of day?

First, let’s talk about the benefit of exercises to our body. We do exercises, somehow, for some reason. Some people come with their overweight or obese problem. But you know, it’s not all that about. We need exercises because it will help us staying the immune system on track, thus helping to keep harmful diseases at bay.

Second, studies have revealed that exercise can enhance your brainpower. It enhances memory and learning, heightens alertness, helps us think more clearly, and improves specific cognitive functioning in seniors.

Third, experts have also found that exercise triggers the release of certain chemicals in the brain, like dopamine, norepinephrine, and endorphins, all of which are our natural, built-in antidepressants. This explains that after having exercises, we tend to get a high out of working out and we feel good about ourselves .

Fourth, one thing not to forget : exercising is also a great way to make new friends. The social support you get from engaging in group is good for our emotional well-being and can add significantly to our sense of accomplishment and happiness.

See now, exercise is not actually the matter what kind of exercises you take, or how long does it takes, but it is the matter that our body, mind, and soul ask it for as a need.
