Massage is the practice of manipulation of the soft tissues of the body in order to fulfill any of several physical, functional/mechanical, and/or emotional goals. There are many beneficial effects of massage, including pain relief, stress reduction but also relief of many diseases. Massage increases health in several diseases and conditions. There are some kinds of massages, and one of them is a Chinese Massage Therapy called Tui Na.
Chinese Massage Therapy is a part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It focusing on pushing, stretching and kneading the muscle. This is a complete healing system like acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. It is aimed to activate and regulate the network of energy and enhance relaxation that raises the flexibility, eases spasms and straightens the joints. The massage causes movement and is a good solution for pain relief. It is generally done on a couch or a stool.
