The most important thing to do before get started with an exercise program is to find a form of exercise that we can enjoy. When we have fun with it, it can be just a habit or even a need.

We should do exercises since we are not robots, of course. Our bodies need cardiovascular and muscular endurance & flexibility. So, finding a program that will fit into our lifestyle is a must. But very few people consider about the continuity of the exercise they do. They don’t manage to start and maintain structured exercise programs for a long term. So, here they are some tips for you, to make your exercise fun and steady.

  • Do not blokes your self with massive egos. Well, exercise is not about how to make your body seem like an athlete in five days. It needs a continuity and a hard willing from you to make it real. Oh come on, don’t push your body so much. Slow and steady, dude :-D

- Keep an exercise diary. Well, keeping a record of our exercise may serves some purposes : helps us stay disciplined and in touch with reality, and helps keep us motivated and interested in our training. On the other side, it also increases our awareness and understanding of how our body responds to exercise.

  • Get yourself a training partner. Having a training partner is an effective staying-on-track strategy. This will be the fun part in your exercises, so that you can enjoy the process more and before you know it, exercise will be a habit.
