Sometimes, when we try to take the appropriate nutritional supplements, exercising, to drink plenty of pure water - we still just don’t get better or solve your particular health problem. Then, the answer may be just in our body.
Some of you may have known urine therapy. Urine therapy entails using your own urine externally or internally as a way to promote or maintain good health. In alternative medicine, the term urine therapy (also urotherapy, urinotherapy or uropathy) refers to various applications of human urine for medicinal or cosmetic purposes, including drinking of one’s own urine and massaging one’s skin with one’s own urine. Urine therapy is an age-old practice of ancient India. They thought that urine is not a dirty and toxic substance rejected by the body. Urine is a by-product of blood filtration, not waste filtration. Medically it is referred to as “plasma ultrafiltrate”. They practices auto-urine therapy (AUT) as the follower of Shivambhu, auspicious water of Lord Shiva, a Hindu god and promote it as an inexpensive way to gain health and vitality.
Nowadays, auto-urine therapy (AUT) is gaining popularity to combat a host of illnesses and to maintain good health. People in China also drin their own urine and they believe that it’s good for their health. Moreover, it has a wonderful healing and toning effect when applied to the skin. Urine is sterile after secretion and has an antiseptic effect. Medical researchers have discovered that many of the elements of the blood that are found in urine have enormous medicinal value, and when reintroduced into the body, boost the body’s immune system and stimulate healing in a unique way. The therapy can be applied in many ways. So, visit your doctor, ask him for urine test if you want to cure sickness, enhance your beauty, or to cleanse your bowels. :-P
